Technical Recruiter
- Source candidates through Internet searches, cold calling and referrals
- Screen candidates to ensure that all skills are identified in order to develop a pipeline of candidates for present and future opportunities
- Effectively communicate job opportunities with candidates, as well as company policies and procedures
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with current consultants, potential candidates and clients

Account Manager
- Research and identify prospective clients through referrals, networking, social media, internet research, sales leads and direct contact
- Schedule and conduct client and prospective client meetings to build relationships and positively improve the lives of our clients and consultants
- Prepare and present Master Service Agreements
- Negotiate bill rates and contractual terms

Senior Account Manager
- Previous Business Development / Account Management experience within the IT Staffing industry
- Research and identify prospective clients through referrals, networking, social media, internet research, sales leads and direct contact

- Prepare and present Master Service Agreements
